- Return Policy: Exam vouchers, study guides, and all training materials are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
- Vouchers are valid in the specified country only. North America vouchers are valid in US, Canada and Puerto Rico. Each voucher may be redeemed for one exam only.
- The voucher can be redeemed for a specified exam at a specified vendor's
testing center. The voucher CANNOT be exchanged for a different exam title or different vendor.
For example, the VUE A+ voucher can only be redeemed at the VUE testing center for
the A+ exam.
- Through our Super-Express-Services program, you will be able to get
the voucher number, download the study guides, and receive the license

- The voucher number is all you need to register for your exam. After
