| * After redeeming the IC3 Voucher with Retake, if unable to pass the exam, a retake voucher will be
provided to the candidate's e-mail within an hour for a second attempt at the same
exam. If for some reason the retake voucher does not arrive, the candidate can
always log in at www.certiport.com and find it there. Retake voucher
expires 30 days from when it was issued. The candidate can retake the exam right after receiving the
voucher number, but if the candidate fails again, he/she should re-pay and have to wait a week to retake it for the
third time.
